The CDC is inviting capable and competent Service Providers to submit bids for the construction of a library in Mt Ayliff. The scope of work entails construction of approximately 650 square meters building with load-bearing brick walls, with reinforced concrete columns and ringbeams to support a roof structure with steel roof covering. Infrastructure includes bulk earthworks, stormwater drainage, sewer and water reticulation.
